One of my favourite things in the whole world is creating websites for people.
What I’ve discovered is most people in business feel there is a lid on their success. They really have things they love to do, but don’t know how to get the word out about it. And so they sink in a sea of frustration.

A website makes people feel lots of things. Successful. Seen. Confident. Excited.
Once they have a web presence, a lot of people feel like they can do anything! And generally they can.
Well, they could before, but this one little road block made them feel like they were going no where.

Websites are like these phantom things. Ooooooh.
Your little grumpy fairy sits on your shoulder and says stuff like, “You could never do that. You’re too dumb. You’re hopeless. You can hardly find your way around Google.”

And your fearless fairy sits on the other and says, “Hey, you know what… you don’t have to be good at everything - just find someone you trust, who will understand you, who will know EXACTLY how you want to say stuff. You can do this!”

And Mr Grumpy comes back, “Sure. You can’t afford to get someone to do this for you and you know it’s going to cost a fortune with web hosting and then having to get this guru to fix up your site every time you want to change something. Just forget it, and go out and copy a few black and white flyers.”

Well, I’ve had this whole conversation, so I know how it goes. Back and forth. And meantime the days go by, and you talk to people and they say, “So, what’s your website?” And you go, “Oh, I don’t have one.” And they look at you and smile and move on to the next person

Somehow just HAVING a website gives you credibility. It’s like, “Ohhhhhhhhhh, YOU’VE got a website…” (Sort of like having a six pack.)

Anyway. Take a look at some of the sites I’m building. A lot of them are still on the go because of something I discovered. People want to make it their own. They want to be able to go in and add their style, and inspiration.

So that’s what I do, once we set it up for you - I show you how to go in and play with it, change headings, appearance, add content, pictures and links to other great sites. This is really important for three reasons, search engines love ever changing websites and second, you’ll save yourself a small fortune and thirdly, your business should be a work in progress - always changing, always rearranging, and your website is a great place to showcase this.

A lot of people are a lot smarter than they think. Once they see how EASY this stuff is, they are adding pages, putting in really informative content, and just changing things all the time. Because we never stay the same. And you know how much this costs them? Nothing. Nix. Nada. Zip.
Because they do it themselves. And you have no idea how empowering that is. It’s like getting your driver’s license! Truly.
