Eight years ago, I created Go Girl Enterprises.

I always had big dreams for it, but back then Go Girl Enterprises mowed lawns and cleaned pools. Well. You have to start somewhere!

My day job was words. Typing them, fixing them, making them up and I had a dream of spinning a web where my words changed people’s lives. And today I am living that.

I’m starting to understand the immense joy and satisfaction that comes when you stop telling yourself you don’t know enough, do what you’re good at and actually make a difference in people’s lives because of it.

When someone says “Thank you for what you’ve done”, I feel it; I can see it in their eyes. It’s a bloody drug. I am doing what I love and it’s making a difference. Every day, every moment, is nothing short of inspiring, because I choose it to be.
